In its 27th edition, IJDC is organized by the Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers’ Association and the J-HUB, which has served as a global platform for designers to demonstrate their talents and creativity. Our Association has put a great effort in promoting the competition in order to enhance public awareness of the jewelry industry worldwide. The total prize amount of this year's competition is nearly HK$230,000! All shortlisted entries from the Open Category will be publicly exhibited at Hong Kong’s renowned art museums (Tai Kwun) on 1 November 2026, as well as at the JMA Hong Kong International Jewelry Show (10–13 December 2026). The theme for this year’s competition is “Facets of Light, Dreams of Power”, The facets symbolize the sharpness and resilience of life. Just as light passes through a prism, refracting, scattering, and recombining to create an infinite spectrum of colors and radiant brilliance. Jewelry serves as the most exquisite prism crafted by human hands; a single small idea, once cut and polished by reality, can radiate energy and beauty far beyond imagination.

The entry fee is HK$200 per sketch for the【Sketch Group】. The entry fee is HK$500 per sketch for the【Open Group】.
To encourage our member companies to actively pursue jewelry design innovation, the 【Open Group】 (Open Group I and II) registration fee for JMA members will be waived this year.
The【J-HUB Hong Kong Student Group】will continue to be sponsored by J-HUB.
