The Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A)
1. This course consists of 3 units: 1)Theory Sessions, 2) Practical Sessions and 3) Public Exam Preparation Sessions
2. Theory Sessions: To learn about 40+ types of gemstones, including diamonds, precious gemstones and semi-precious gemstones
3. Practical Sessions: To learn how to use basic gemological equipment and report accurately on various observations
4. Public Exam Preparation Sesions: Analysis past exam questions, useful examination techniques and mock exam
5. To be well prepared for studying the Gemmology Diploma and the career in gemology
